不断完善社会治理,是新时代中国特色社会主义社会建设的重要内容,因此,必须准确把握新时代社会治理的科学内涵和基本原则,在行动理念上实现从治理到服务的转变,明确一切社会治理工作都是为群众谋利益的工作,推动政府治理与社会自我调节、居民自治良性互动,从管控规制转向法治保障,始终坚持人民至上的根本原则,最终构建共建共治共享的新时代社会治理新格局。

Continuous improvement of social governance is an important part of the construction of socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Therefore,we must accurately grasp the scientific connotation and basic principles of social governance in the new era,realize the transformation from governance to service in the concept of action,make it clear that all social governance work is work for the interests of the masses,and promote government governance and social self-regulation.The positive interaction of residents’autonomy has shifted from control and regulation to the protection of the rule of law,which always adheres to the fundamental principle of people first,and finally builds a new pattern of social governance in a new era of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
