社会工作参与农民职业教育研究

On the Participation of Social Work in Farmers’Vocational Education

社会工作作为一门新兴的现代科学,其在价值理念、根本宗旨、基本目标和功能等方面契合了新型职业农民培育的现实问题及需求,可以提高农民职业教育的精细化与专业化水平。文章在对社会工作参与农民职业教育的必要性和可行性分析的基础上,进一步提出了具体的参与路径,以期切实可行地破解农民职业教育的现实困境。

As an emerging modern science,social work conforms to the practical problems and needs of the cultivation of new professional farmers in terms of value concept,fundamental purpose,basic objectives,and functions.It can improve the refinement and specialization level of farmers’vocational education.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of social work participating in farmers’vocational education,this paper further puts forward specific participation paths to solve the practical dilemma.
