低磷与干旱胁迫下百脉根代谢组学分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了探究百脉根(Lotus corniculatus)在低磷和干旱胁迫下代谢物质的变化,本实验选择对照(CK)、低磷(LP)和干旱胁迫(PEG)三种处理下的百脉根作为实验材料,利用代谢组学对低磷和干旱胁迫下的百脉根进行代谢物的分析。结果表明,干旱胁迫样本共测到390种差异代谢产物,其中314种下调表达,76种上调表达,注释到70条代谢通路。低磷胁迫样本共检测到332种代谢产物发生变化,其中209种下调表达,123种上调表达,注释到58条代谢通路。干旱胁迫样本主要聚类为脂肪酰基、羧酸及其衍生物、有机氧化合物、类黄酮,富集程度最显著的途径为类固醇生物合成。低磷胁迫样本主要聚类为脂肪酰基、羧酸及其衍生物、有氧化合物、类黄酮,富集程度最显著的途径为苯乙烯、二芳庚烷和姜酚的生物合成。研究利用代谢组学方法对百脉根组织部位中的代谢物进行分析鉴定,探究在低磷和干旱胁迫条件下百脉根组织部位中的代谢物以及差异代谢物种类和含量,为以后百脉根非生物胁迫的研究提供数据基础。 In order to explore the change of the metabolites of Lotus corniculatus under low phosphorus and drought stress,this experiment chose Lotus corniculatus as experimental materials under three treatments,i.e.control(CK),low phosphorus(LP)and drought stress(PEG).Metabonomics was used to analyze the metabolites of Lotus japonicus under low phosphorus and drought stress.The results showed that a total of 390 different metabolites were detected in drought stress samples,of which 314 were down-regulated and 76 up-regulated,and 70 metabolic pathways were annotated.A total of 332 metabolites were detected in low phosphorus stress samples,of which 209 were down-regulated and 123 up-regulated,and 58 metabolic pathways were annotated.Drought stress samples were mainly clustered into fatty acylates,carboxylic acids and their derivatives,organic oxygen compounds,and flavonoids.The most significant enrichment pathway was steroid biosynthesis.Low phosphorus stress samples were mainly clustered into fatty acylates,carboxylic acids and their derivatives,aerobic compounds,and flavonoids.The most significant enrichment pathway was the biosynthesis of styrene,diarylheptane and gingerol.In this study,metabolomics methods were used to analyze and identify the metabolites in the tissue parts of Lotus corniculatus,to explore the types and contents of different metabolites in Lotus corniculatus tissue parts under low-phosphorus and drought stress conditions,and to provide a data basis for the future study of abiotic stress of Lotus corniculatus.
