多学科联合护理方案在骨癌痛患者中的应用效果

Application effects and life quality evaluation of multidisciplinary combined nursing program in patients with bone cancer pain

目的探讨骨癌痛患者采用多学科联合护理方案的效果,分析患者生活质量变化情况。方法选择2018年7月至2019年12月收治的骨癌痛患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用多学科联合护理方式。观察干预前后2组患者骨癌痛、生活质量变化情况。结果护理干预后,研究组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后研究组轻度疼痛百分比高于干预前,同时高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后SAS、SDS平均得分显著低于干预前,同时低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分≥50分百分比与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者SF-36各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组各维度评分均高于干预前,且研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科联合护理干预能够显著减轻骨癌痛患者疼痛度,显著改善患者负性心理状态,提升患者生活质量,具有显著临床效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application effects of multidisciplinary combined nursing program for patients with bone cancer pain,and to analyze the changes of life quality of patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with bone cancer pain who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in research group were treated by multi-disciplinary combined nursing.The pain degree and life quality of patients before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention the average pain scores in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the percentage of mild pain in research group was significantly higher than that before intervention and that in control group(P<0.05).The average scores of SAS and SDS in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention the SAS scores and SDS scores in resrach group were significantly lower than those before intervention and those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in the SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores in both groups were significantly increased,moreover,which in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-disciplinary combined nursing intervention can significantly relieve the pain degree of patients with bone cancer pain,which can significantly improve the negative psychological state and life quality of patients,therefor,which is worth further application and promotion in clinical practice.
