人性化主动沟通及延续性护理在急诊输液室中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨主动沟通及连续性护理模式在急诊输液室中的应用。方法选取急诊科输液室治疗患者400例,随机数字分组法分为常规护理组和主动沟通模式组,每组200例。常规护理组采用言语沟通、常规预防指导、环境卫生、安生巡视检查及观察输液情况等。连续护理模式组采用主动沟通及连续性护理模式。分析护患矛盾发生率、症状自评量表评分、护理工作满意度、护士沟通能力的影响因素对护患之间情况。结果2组的服务态度、治疗不满、排队等候和其他矛盾比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主动沟通模式组中的焦虑因子、人际关系敏感因子、护患纠纷、患者投诉均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主动沟通模式组护理服务总体满意度显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05);单多因素分析发现,性别、年龄、工作年限、职称、护患沟通学习是否足够中的因素(P<0.05)。结论护理人员加强主动沟通技巧的学习应用,能改善患者的不良情绪,促进护患关系的和谐,降低护患纠纷的产生,并能有效的提升护理满意度。 Objective To investigate the application of humanized active communication and continuous nursing in emergency infusion room.Methods A total of 400 patients who were treated in emergency infusion room of our hospital were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into routine nursing group and active communication nursing group,with 200 cases in each group.The incidence of nurses-patients contradiction,symptom checklist,nursing work satisfaction degree and the influencing factors on communication abilities of nurses were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the service attitude,treatment dissatisfaction,waiting in line and other contradictions between the two groups(P<0.05).The anxiety factor,interpersonal sensitivity factor,nurses-patients contradiction and overall satisfaction levels of nursing service in active communication nursing group were superior to those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).The single and multifactor analysis showed that gender,age,working years,professional title,nurses-patients communication learning were the important influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessaty for nurses to to strengthen the learning and application of active communication skills,which can improve the bad mood of patients,promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes,and can effectively improve nursing satisfaction levels.
