简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表在中国精神分裂症患者中的信效度评估

Reliability and validity of the S-UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale in Chinese schizophrenics

目的对精神分裂症患者的冲动性进行评估,在住院患者中检验简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表的信效度,得到冲动性风险评估的有效工具。方法对简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表进行了翻译和修订,并在265例精神分裂症住院患者中进行信效度分析。结果简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表除条目1、7外,整体的同质性和区分度较好。量表的信度良好,总分的Cronbach’sα系数为0.725,Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.769,Guttman分半信度系数为0.764,1周重测信度系数为0.759。量表的结构效度较好,五因素模型拟合度χ^(2)=342.985(P<0.001),CMIN/DF=2.144,RMSEA=0.066,GFI=0.886,CFI=0.868,IFI=0.870。量表的效标效度良好,简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表总分与校标量表-Barratt冲动性量表总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论简式UPPS-P冲动行为量表在精神分裂症患者中具有良好的信效度,可以在该患者群中使用。

Objective To evaluate impulsivity in patients with schizophrenia,and to test the reliability and validity of the simple UPPS-P(S-UPPS-P)Impulsive Behavior Scale in hospitalized patients,so as to obtain an effective tool for impulsive risk assessment.Methods S-UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale was translated and revised,and its reliability and validity were analyzed in 265 inpatients with schizophrenia.Results Except items 1 and 7,S-UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale showed good homogeneity and differentiation.The reliability of the scale was good.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient,Spearman-Brown split-half reliability coefficient,Guttman split-half reliability coefficient and one-week retest reliability coefficient were 0.725,0.769,0.764 and 0.759 respectively.The structure validity of the scale was good.The fitting degree of the five-factor model wasχ^(2)=342.985(P<0.001),CMIN/DF=2.144,RMSEA=0.066,GFI=0.886,CFI=0.868,IFI=0.870.The scale had good standard validity.The total score of S-UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale was positively correlated with the total score of the calibration scale-Barratt Impulsiveness Scale(P<0.01).Conclusion S-UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale has good reliability and validity in patients with schizophrenia,and can be used in this patient group.
