基于农业院校视阈下助推乡村人才振兴的路径探究

Exploring the Path of Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Talents Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Universities

人才振兴是乡村振兴的重要支撑和治理乡村的关键因素。针对目前大部分乡村存在年轻劳动力不足、农业专业技术人才稀缺、农科专业学生从农意愿不强以及乡村干部引领乡村振兴能力不足等问题,需立足农村发展实际,探究有效可行的人才振兴路径具有重要意义。该文基于农业院校的视阈,分析了大学生人才培养现状和未来工作发展趋向,提出了培育农业类大学生人才、“引进”各类人才来乡村发展、培育新型职业农民和拓宽村干部吸纳渠道等举措。

Talent revitalization is an important support for rural revitalization and a key factor in governing the countryside.At present,there are problems such as insufficient young labor force,scarcity of agricultural professionals,low willingness of agricultural students and insufficient ability of rural cadres to lead rural revitalization in most villages.This paper analyzes the current situation and future development trend of college students′talents cultivation based on the perspective of agricultural colleges and universities,so as to form a more complete and scientific path.Four measures and paths are proposed,such as cultivating agricultural college students′talents,"introducing"various kinds of talents to the countryside,cultivating new types of professional farmers and broadening the absorption channels of village cadres.
