摘要
香菇营养价值丰富,深受消费者喜爱,其深加工产品香菇脆片近年来逐步进入了人们的生活。该文对近年来香菇脆片的研究进行了系统的梳理和探讨,为香菇脆片的开发应用提供参考。
Lentinus edodes are rich in nutritional value and are loved by consumers,its deep-processed food,Lentinus edodes chips have gradually entered people′s lives.For this reason,it is particularly important to systematically sort out and discuss the research and development of Lentinus edodes chips in recent years,and provide support and guidance for scientific research personnel,enterprise production,and mass consumption of Lentinus edodes chips.
