摘要
针对在干涉仪中测量激光波长实验需要人工记录干涉条纹移动数目这个问题,利用干涉条纹明暗相间变化这一特点,研制出一种干涉条纹自动计数电路,把光敏三极管作为光电检测器,通过两级直接耦合放大电路,将干涉条纹明暗变化信号放大后以矩形波的形式输出。然后以单片机AT89C51为脉冲计数器,利用其内部定时器功能,配合终端来进行定时计数,最后通过数码管将条纹移动数目显示出来。
For the interferometer to measure laser wavelength experiment need manual record number of in-terference fringes movement,using the characteristics of the interference fringes changing of light and shade,developed an interference fringe automatic counting circuit,light activated triode as the photoelectric detector through two levels of direct coupling amplifier circuit,the interference fringe tone change after the signal am-plification in the form of a square wave output.The latter is based on the pulse counter of THE MCU AT89C51 as the core,using its internal timer function,with the terminal to carry out the timing count,and fi-nally through the digital tube will display the number of stripe movement.
