本文通过对比GJB5564及国际标准S1000D,给出了更适用于现代武器装备故障分析的标准,阐述了故障分类、故障报告、故障隔离程序的编写原则。给出适合于S1000D标准的飞机故障分析手册的编写方法。基于该标准编制的手册可在IETM系统上应用,对推动武器装备技术资料的数字化、信息化建设具有重要意义。

By comparing GJB5564 and international standard S1000D,the standard more suitable for modern weapon equipment fault analysis is given,and the principle of fault classification,fault report and fault isola-tion program is described.The writing method of aircraft fault analysis manual suitable for S1000D standard is given.The manual compiled based on this standard can be applied in IETM system,which is of great signifi-cance to promote the digitization and information construction of weapon equipment technical data.
