基于数据挖掘探讨徐宗佩治疗心血管疾病的用药规律

Prescription Regularity of Xu Zongpei in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease Based on Data Mining

目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件分析徐宗佩治疗心血管疾病的组方用药规律。方法收集2018年2月—2019年10月徐宗佩教授在天津中医药大学附属保康医院出诊的处方152首,分析徐宗佩教授治疗心血管疾病的辨证处方用药规律。结果用药以苦味、辛味,温性、寒性药为主;药物中肝、脾、肺、心经用药频率较高;高频药物以降香、五灵脂、延胡索、丹参等活血药物为主;共得到6首新处方。结论徐宗佩教授在临床实践中逐渐形成了以宗气理论指导心血管疾病的学术思想,治疗心血管疾病多以活血化瘀、豁痰止痛、理宗气、活心血、清心火、安心神为主。

Objective To observe the prescription regularity of Xu Zongpei in the treatment of cardiovascular disease based on Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance Support Platform System(V2.5)software.Methods One hundred and fifty-two prescriptions of Xu Zongpei in treating cardiovascular disease were collected in Baokang Hospital affiliated to Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to October 2019.The prescription regularity of Xu Zongpei in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases was obtained through software analysis.Results The drugs were mainly bitter,spicy,warm and cold.The frequency related liver,spleen,lung,and heart meridian was higher.High frequency drugs were blood-activating drugs such as Dalbergia odorifera,Faeces Trogopterori,Corydalis uanhusuo,and Salviae Miltiorrhizae.A total of 6 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion In clinical practice,Xu Zongpei had gradually formed the academic thought of guiding cardiovascular diseases with the theory of pectoral qi.For the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,the main methods were promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,cleaning phlegm and relieving pain,regulating pectoral qi,activating blood effort,clearing heart fire and peace of mind.
