基于数据库分析TRIM47基因在胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of TRIM47 Gene in Glioblastoma Based on Database Analysis and its Clinical Significance

目的探讨TRIM47(tripartite motif 47)在多形性胶质瘤(GBM)中的表达及其临床意义。方法于ONCOMINE数据库和GEPIA数据库中检索关于TRIM47的信息,并对获得的资料进行整合,分析TRIM47在GBM与正常对照组中的表达情况,通过GEPIA数据库分析TRIM47在GBM中的表达与预后的相关性。结果 GBM中TRIM47的m RNA表达高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TRIM47基因水平低表达者总生存期较高表达者更长(HR=1.8,P=0.0014),而对患者的无病生存期无影响(HR=1.1,P=0.64)。结论 TRIM47基因在GBM组织中呈高表达,其表达水平对GBM患者预后的预测具重要意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of tripartite motif 47(TRIM47) in glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) and its clinical significance.Methods The information about TRIM47 was retrieved from ONCOMINE database and GEPIA database,and the obtained data were integrated to analyze the expression of TRIM47 in GBM and normal control group.The correlation between the expression of TRIM47 in GBM and prognosis was analyzed by GEPIA database.Results The mRNA expression of TRIM47 in GBM was higher than that in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with low TRIM47 gene expression had longer overall survival(HR=1.8,P=0.0014),but had no effect on disease-free survival(HR=1.1,P=0.64).Conclusion TRIM47 gene is highly expressed in GBM tissues,and its expression level is of great significance in predicting the prognosis of GBM.
