过敏性紫癜病因及发病机制的研究

Study on Etiology and Pathogenesis of Henoch-Sch?nlein Purpura

过敏性紫癜又称亨诺克-舒恩莱因紫癜或IgA免疫复合物血管炎。该病是一类以可触及性非血小板减少性紫癜、关节炎、胃肠道累及和肾脏累及为特征的白细胞碎裂性血管炎。过敏性紫癜的病因与感染、药物反应、遗传等因素密切相关。目前,临床关于过敏性紫癜发病机制的研究主要集中在免疫细胞、炎症因子、非编码RNA以及微生物菌群等方面。本文就过敏性紫癜的病因、发病机制进行综述,以期为该病的临床治疗提供参考。

Anaphylactoid purpura,also called Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura or Ig A Vasculitis,is a kind of leukocyte rupture vasculitis characterized by palpable and non-thrombocytopenic purpura,arthritis,abdominal and renal involvement.It has been reported that the etiology of HSP is closely related to infection,drug reaction,genetics and other factors.Currently,the relevant studies on the pathogenesis of Henoch-Sch ?nlein purpura have emerged in an endless stream,mainly focusing on immune cells,inflammatory factors,non-coding RNA and microorganisms.This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
