摘要
目的评估2020年至今国内外突发的新冠肺炎疫情期间医学研究生居家学习的心理和学习状态,为返校复学后、新冠疫情常态化防控下研究生教育和心理支持提供参考。方法于2020年5月-7月采用自设问卷、SDS抑郁自评量表和SAS焦虑自评量表,对北京协和医学院、北京大学医学院研究生群体展开线上调查,分析医学研究生居家学习的心理和学业状态。结果共收回有效问卷164份,有效回收率98.20%;调查对象平均年龄为(25.82±2.23)岁,主要来自河北省、山东省等25个地区;医学研究生在新冠肺炎疫情期间心理和学业状况基本正常,其中7.93%的学生出现一定程度的抑郁表现,7.32%的学生出现轻度焦虑表现,4.27%的学生出现中度焦虑表现;居家学习期间学习内容有课程、组会、学术论坛等,学习效果较好,并与教师、同学和家人建立了较好的沟通联系。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间医学研究生的心理和学业状态较好。后疫情时代应更好的关注教师、家庭和同学三方面因素对医学研究生的心理支持作用,指导疫情常态化防控阶段返校学生的心理和学业教育。
Objective To study the psychological and academic status of medical postgraduates during the period of COVID-19 home studysincethe beginning of 2020,so as toprovide references for postgraduates’ education and psychological support after returning to school and under theregular basis of COVID-19 prevention and control.Methods A self-designed questionnaire,SDS self-rating depression scale and SAS self-rating anxiety scale were used to investigate the psychological and academic status of medical postgraduates in Peking Union Medical College and Peking University Medical College from May to July 2020.Results A total of 164 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective recovery rate of 98.20%.The average age of the respondents was(25.82±2.23) years old,mainly from 25 regions such as Hebei Province and Shandong Province.The psychological and academic status of medical postgraduates during the outbreak of COVID-19 was basically normal.7.93% of the students had a certain degree of depression,7.32% of the students had mild anxiety,and 4.27% of the students had moderate anxiety.During home learning,there were courses,group meetings,academic forums and so on.The learning effect was good,and good communication links were established with teachers,students and families.Conclusion The psychological and academic status of medical postgraduates during the COVID-19 epidemic is good.In the post-epidemic era,teachers should paymore attention to the psychological support of both teachers,families and students for medical postgraduates,so as to guide the psychological and academic education of returning students under theregular basis of COVID-19 prevention and control.
