汽车近光模组热力光耦合仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 汽车灯具点亮后将产生大量的热,灯具材料受到热量的影响会发生变形、软化、性能下降等问题,严重影响灯具的性能。远近光模组作为灯具中最重要的模块受到热量的影响,零部件会发生变形,从而导致近光截止线发生偏移现象。本文为了研究热-力耦合场对光线截止线的影响,以某款近光模组为研究对象,采用有限元仿真的方式对近光截止线偏移现象进行模拟分析,通过仿真分析得出,近光截止线在远处10 m屏幕上下跌52 mm;近光截止线偏移测试结果显示,灯具点亮至稳定后,10 m屏幕上截止线下跌56 mm,对比分析试验结果得出,仿真模拟的误差在7.1%左右。在汽车灯具前期设计阶段,可根据热力耦合场仿真分析结果进行灯具结构优化,提前规避风险点,缩短开发周期。 Car lamps generate a lot of heat when they are lit.Under the influence of heat,the material of lamps will undergo deformed,softened,performance degradation and other problems,which will seriously affect the performance of lamps.As the most important module in the lamp,the low beam module is affected by the heat,and the parts are deformed,which leads to the deviation of the cut-off line.In order to study the influence of thermal-mechanical on the cut-off line,this article takes a low beam module as the research object,and use the method of finite element simulation to analyze the deviation phenomenon of cut-off line.It is found that the cut-off line dropped by 52 mm on the distant 10-meter screen through the simulation analysis,the test results show that the cut-off line dropped by 56 mm on the 10-meter screen after the lamp is lit to be stable.Comparing with the experimental results,the error of simulation is about 7.1%.In the early design stage of automobile lamps,the structure optimization of lamps can be carried out according to the simulation results,so as to avoid the risk points in advance and shorten the development cycle.
