老龄背景下的天津老旧住宅楼梯间照明现状研究

Investigation and Research on the Status Quo of Stairwell Lighting in Old Residential Buildings in Tianjin under the Background of Aging

本文从老年人在住宅楼梯间内的照明需求出发,以天津市内15个老旧小区内的老旧住宅楼梯间为研究对象,对其照明空间指标、照明环境指标和照明参数指标进行现状调研,并在此基础上进行现状主观评价。结果表明60岁及以上人群对楼梯间内各区域照明现状评价未达到满意程度。此外,其对梯段处、平台处、入户门门锁处、单元门门厅处和楼梯间整体照明的满意程度均低于60岁以下人群,且除楼层平台地面均匀度和光色氛围满意度外均存在显著差异。通过实测数据与主观评价的结合分析,60岁及以上人群对楼梯间照明整体满意程度与踏步处照度、平台处照度和门锁处垂直照度呈正相关。其中梯段处照明需求与踏步处照度呈正相关,平台处照明需求与平台处照度和均匀度呈正相关,门锁处照明需求与门锁处垂直照度呈正相关。因此现有老旧住宅楼梯间内梯段处、平台处、入户门门锁处照度均需提升,且照明设计及指标应根据老年人使用需求进行调整及改善。

This article starts from the lighting needs of the elderly in residential stairwells,takes the old residential stairwells in 15 old communities in Tianjin as the research object.The current situation of lighting space index,lighting environment index and lighting parameter index are investigated,and the current situation is subjectively evaluated on this basis.The results show that the people aged 60 and above are not satisfied with the lighting status of each area in the stairwell.In addition,their satisfaction with the overall lighting of stairs,platforms,door locks of entry doors,entrance halls of unit doors and stairwells is lower than that of people under the age of 60,and there are significant differences except for the floor platform ground uniformity and light color atmosphere satisfaction.Through the combination analysis of measured data and subjective evaluation,the overall satisfaction of people aged 60 and above with stairwell lighting is positively correlated with the illuminance at the step,the illuminance at the platform and the vertical illuminance at the door lock.The lighting demand at the stairs is positively correlated with the illuminance at the step,the lighting demand at the platform is positively correlated with the illuminance and uniformity at the platform,and the lighting demand at the door lock is positively correlated with the vertical illuminance at the door lock.The illuminance at the stairs,the platform,and the door locks of the existing old residential stairwells needs to be improved,and the lighting design should refer to the lighting needs of the elderly.
