基于智慧路灯设施的智慧社区建设及管理模式研究——以南京市百水工业园保障房为例

Study on the Construction and Management of Smart Community Based on Smart Street Lighting

城市治理的最后一公里在社区,智慧路灯在智慧社区建设上具有独特的优势。本文以南京市百水工业园保障房智慧路灯建设为例,首先通过研究使用人群总结出该智慧社区建设的真实需求,并以此为基础建立起基于智慧路灯设施的智慧社区的系统建设方案,包括5+1个层面及储能系统,以及对应的分区建设方案。此外,阐述该系统的管理体系,并重点探讨在疫情防控常态化下的应急管理功能。本文研究结果对智慧社区建设和推进城市治理具有一定参考意义。

The last mile of urban governance is in community.Smart road lamps have unique advantages in the construction of smart cities and smart communities.This article takes the affordable housing project in Nanjing as an example,and analyzes the demand and management of the residents,property and government,and proposes a construction scheme for smart community system based on smart street lighting which includes totally 5+1 levels and an energy storage network.In addition,the management of system under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control is discussed with emphasis.The results have certain guidance significance for the construction of smart communities and urban governance.
