摘要
农地确权颁证降低了产权保护成本,提高了农户专业化种植水平,构建“产权稳定—种植结构—农户施肥决策”分析框架,并使用广东千村调研数据对农户生产行为进行实证检验。研究发现:农地确权颁证提高了农户专业化种植水平;农地确权颁证通过提高专业化种植水平引致农户生产化肥减量化。
The confirmation and issuance of farmland rights reduces the cost of property rights protection,improves the specialized planting level of farmers,builds an analysis framework of“property stability-planting structure-farmers’fertilization decision”,and uses the survey data of thousands of villages in Guangdong to empirically test farmers’production behaviors,the study found that:the confirmation of farmland rights and certificates improved the level of farmers’specialized planting;the confirmation of farmland rights and certificates led to the reduction of farmers'production of chemical fertilizers by improving the level of specialized planting.
