基于癌毒病机理论探析扶正固本方药的应用思路及配伍规律 被引量:14

Analysis of the Application Ideas and Medicines Compatibility Rules of the Formulas for Supporting the Healthy Energy Based on the Pathogenesis Theory of Cancer Toxin

摘要 从癌毒病机理论出发梳理了周仲瑛教授辨治肿瘤的经验,阐述了“扶正补虚固本”与“祛邪抗癌解毒”之间的辩证关系,提出了以抗癌解毒为治疗核心,健脾和胃固本为辅的肿瘤辨治策略。结合癌毒易损正的病机特点,在扶正补虚中应尤为重视益气养阴治法和相关方药的应用,为临床抗肿瘤辨治提供指导和参考。 Professor Zhou Zhongying's experience in the differentiation treatment of tumors was reviewed from the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,and the dialectical relationship between"supporting the healthy energy,tonifying the deficiency"and"fighting against cancer and detoxifying"was elaborated.We proposed a tumor treating strategy with fighting against cancer and detoxifying as the core treatment,supplemented by strengthening the spleen and stomach to support the healthy energy.According to the pathogenic characteristics that the healthy energy is prone to cancer toxin,it is suggested that special attention should be paid to the application of the treatment method and related formulas to benefit qi and nourish yin in supporting the healthy energy combined with tonifying the deficiency,which can provide guidance and reference for clinical anti-tumor treatment.
