亲情式关怀联合激励式护理在食管癌患者围术期中的应用

Application of Family Friendly Care Combined Incentive Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:探讨亲情式关怀联合激励式护理在食管癌患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将2020年5月1日~2021年1月30日胸外科收治的76例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组各38例;对照组实施胸外科常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上实施亲情式关怀联合激励式护理干预;比较两组干预前后焦虑情况[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、护理满意度[采用纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)]、术后首次下床活动时间及住院时间。结果:干预后,两组SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.01),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,实验组NSNS评分高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组术后首次下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对食管癌患者实施亲情式关怀联合激励式护理,可改善患者围术期焦虑情绪,促进患者恢复,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of family care combined with incentive nursing in perioperative period of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 76 patients with esophageal cancer admitted in thoracic surgery during May 1,2020 to January 30,2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care in thoracic surgery,and the experimental group was given family care combined with incentive nursing care on the basis of the routine nursing care,The anxiety by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Newcastle nursing satisfaction scale(NSNS),the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the SAS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01),After intervention,the NSNS scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the first time out of bed and the postoperative hospital stay in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The family care combined with incentive nursing for patients with esophageal cancer can improve their anxiety during perioperative period,promote their rehabilitation,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
