研究生学位论文引文失范问题及应对机制

The Problem and Coping Mechanisms of Citation Anomie in Postgraduate Dissertations

他引不注、编造引文、曲引、引而不参、虚假直引是研究生学位论文引文失范行为的典型表现,可能引发侵犯他人著作权、增加文献检索难度、破坏引文统计分析结果、违反学术诚信等不利后果。发现、惩戒、教育机制是应对研究生学位论文引文失范问题的必要机制。应运用技术和非技术手段提高主动发现机制的效率,重视举报等被动发现机制的作用;应在各类惩戒文件中明确将学位论文引文失范行为界定为学术不端行为;应通过开设课程、举办讲座、宣传等方式教育引导研究生自觉遵守学位论文引文规范。

Quoting other’s literature without annotation,fabricating citation,distorting the original meaning of the citation,not using cited reference,not indicating the citation is quoted from a secondary source are the typical behaviors of citation anomie in postgraduate dissertations.These behaviors will cause adverse consequences such as infringing others’copyright,increasing the difficulty of literature retrieval,destroying the statistical analysis results of citations,and violating academic integrity.Identification,punishment and education mechanisms are indispensable mechanisms to prevent the citation anomie in postgraduate dissertations.We should use technical and non-technical means to improve the efficiency of active discovery mechanism,and pay attention to the role of passive discovery mechanism such as reporting.The citation anomie should be defined as academic misconduct in all kinds of disciplinary documents.It is necessary to guide postgraduates to abide by the citation standard of dissertations by running related courses,giving lectures and conducting publicity.
