应用健康管理理论干预非酒精性脂肪肝患者的疗效观察

The curative effect of diet exercise prescription intervention in NAFLD patients based on health management theory

目的观察基于健康管理理论的饮食运动处方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者脂肪衰减参数(FAP)及体重指数(BMI)的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院体检中心体检人群中NAFLD患者76例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组40例和对照组36例。对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组在此基础上进行基于微信平台的饮食运动处方干预,8个月后,行超声影像引导瞬时弹性成像系统(FT)检查,观察两组患者肝脏FAP和NAFLD分级、BMI值和BMI分级的变化情况。结果试验结束后,两组患者FAP及BMI干预后均降低(P<0.05);干预后组间相比,观察组FAP及BMI显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者FAP分级和BMI分级趋良。结论实施饮食、运动处方干预NAFLD患者,可加速该患者的肝脂肪衰减,降低体重指数,提高患病人群健康水平。

Objective To observe the effect of dietary exercise prescription based on health management theory in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)patients with fat attenuation parameter(FAP)and body mass index(BMI).Methods Seventy NAFLD patients were selected from the physical examination population of the Physical Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group 40 cases and control group 36 cases,and the control group was given Routine health education.On this basis,the observation group conducted a diet and exercise prescription intervention based on the WeChat platform.After 8 months,an ultrasound image-guided transient elastography(Fibro Touch,FT)examination was performed to observe the FAP and value of the two groups of patients.The changes in NAFLD classification,BMI value and BMI classification.Results After the end of the trial,the FAP and BMI of the two groups of patients were reduced before and after the intervention(P<0.05);and after the intervention,the FAP and BMI of the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the FAP classification and BMI of the observation group BMI classification tends to be good.Conclusions Implementing dietary exercise prescription to intervene in NAFLD patients can accelerate the attenuation of liver fat in the patient,reduce the body mass index,and improve the health of the population.
