阀控式铅酸电池用组合式溢流壶的设计

摘要 为了使阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池在注酸时实现溢流壶共用,采用单体壶连接的方式,设计出组合式溢流壶。可根据VRLA电池的注酸孔位置调节单体壶之间的距离,使不同型号VRLA电池在注酸时实现溢流壶共用。该设计不仅节约了采购成本,也减少了物料占用空间。 In order to realize the sharing of acid pot during acid injection of valve regulated lead-acid(VRLA)battery,a combined acid pot was designed by using the connection of single pot.The distance between the single pot could be adjusted according to the position of the acid injection hole of VRLA battery,so that different types of VRLA batteries could share the acid pot during acid injection.It not only saved the purchase cost,but also reduced the space occupied by materials.
