卡孕栓预防产后出血以及尿潴留的临床效果研究

A study on the clinical effects of carboprost to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention

目的研究卡孕栓预防产后出血以及尿潴留的临床效果。方法选取60例产妇,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取临床常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取卡孕栓治疗。比较两组产妇临床指标、临床疗效。结果试验组产妇产后2 h出血量(194.66±5.36)ml、产后24 h出血量(331.99±5.16)ml均少于对照组的(283.51±5.39)、(467.78±5.21)ml,首次肛门排气时间(30.59±1.92)h短于对照组的(37.14±1.83)h,尿潴留发生率16.67%低于对照组的43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇的临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取卡孕栓可以有效预防产后出血以及尿潴留,改善产妇的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effects of carboprost to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention.Methods A total of 60 parturients were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group took clinical conventional treatment,and the test group took carboprost on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss at 2 and 24 h postpartum in the test group were(194.66±5.36) and(331.99±5.16) ml,which were less than(283.51±5.39) and(467.78±5.21) ml in the control group;the first anal exhaust time(30.59±1.92) h in the test group was shorter than(37.14±1.83) h in the control group;the incidence of urinary retention 16.67% in the test group was lower than 43.33% in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the test group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage and urinary retention,improve the clinical symptoms of parturients,which is worthy of promotion.
