慢性心力衰竭患者应用益气温阳汤加减治疗的临床价值研究

Clinical value of modified Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨益气温阳汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 134例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组67例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用益气温阳汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、二尖瓣口舒张早期和晚期血流峰值速度比值(E/A)]、6 min步行试验距离。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.52%,高于对照组的80.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组LVEF、FS、E/A分别为(57.12±6.54)%、(37.32±7.59)%、(0.96±0.21),均高于对照组的(47.26±7.28)%、(30.21±5.36)%、(0.81±0.17),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组6 min步行试验距离为(489.54±24.67)m,长于对照组的(372.52±50.11)m,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气温阳汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,可以提高治疗效果,改善心功能,且对促进患者康复有重要价值,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of modified Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 134 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into research group and control group according to random numerical table,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the research group was treated with modified Yiqi Wenyang Decoction.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),fractional shortening(FS),early diastolic peak flow velocity of mitral valve/late diastolic peak flow velocity of mitral valve(E/A)] before and after treatment,6-min walk test distance.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.52%,which was higher than 80.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,FS,and E/A of the research group were(57.12±6.54)%,(37.32±7.59)%,and(0.96±0.21),which were higher than(47.26±7.28)%,(30.21±5.36)%,and(0.81±0.17) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walk test distance in the research group was(489.54±24.67) m,which was longer than(372.52±50.11) m in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yiqi Wenyang Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve cardiac function.It has important value in promoting the rehabilitation of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
