摘要
以亚麻油酸和环氧树脂为原料、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为溶剂制备环氧酯;以过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯为引发剂,引发丙烯酸类单体与含氟丙烯酸类单体发生自由基聚合制备氟化丙烯酸酯;将环氧酯和氟化丙烯酸酯进行复合,得到具有极高疏水性能的水性涂层。通过红外光谱、热重分析、乳液粒径和稳定性测试等方法对乳液结构和性能进行分析,通过原子力显微镜、扫描电镜、接触角和电化学测试等方法对涂层各项性能进行分析。结果表明,环氧酯与氟化丙烯酸酯质量比为1∶2、含氟单体量为6%时,乳液粒径为52.28nm、分散性系数为0.130、涂层接触角为105.4°、硬度为3H,耐腐蚀性良好。
Epoxy esters were prepared by using linoleic acid and epoxy resin as raw material and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate as solvent.Using benzoyl peroxide and tert-butyl benzoate peroxide as initiator,acrylic monomers and fluorinated acrylic monomers were synthesized by free radical polymerization.Epoxy ester and fluorinated acrylate were compounded to obtain water-based coatings with high hydrophobicity.The structure and properties of the emulsions were analyzed by FT-IR,TGA,emulsion particle size and stability tests.The properties of the coatings were analyzed by AFM,SEM,contact angle and electrochemical tests.The results show that when the mass ratio of epoxy ester to fluorinated acrylic ester is 1∶2,the fluorinated monomer content is 6%,the particle size of emulsion is 52.28 nm,the dispersion coefficient is 0.130,the contact angle of coating is 105.4°,the hardness is 3 H,and the corrosion resistance is good.
