Strengthening the Guidance of Values to Promote the Ideological and Political Education of College Financial Courses

育人先育德,人才培养须将知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造三者融为一体,使课程思政和思想政治理论课程形成合力。认清专业课中思想政治的性质,深入挖掘金融类课程的思想政治元素,以问题为导向强化价值引导,提出完善的思想政治育人方案并加以实施,对于提高金融人才培养质量、构建育人大格局具有借鉴意义。

Moral education comes first.Talent training should integrate knowledge imparting,ability training and value shaping,so as to form a joint force between curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political theory courses.Recognizing the nature of ideological and political education in professional courses,deeply excavating the ideological and political elements of financial courses,taking problems as the guide,strengthening value guidance,putting forward and implementing a perfect ideological and political education plan can be used for reference to improve the training quality of financial talents and build the pattern of educating students.
