含有多种型号风机的SCADA系统一体化设计及应用

摘要 针对目前风场经常含有多种厂家多种型号的风机,监控室内经常存在多套SCADA系统并存的现象,指出开发通用风电场SCADA监控系统的重要性。应用EDPF-CP系统搭建风电场一体化监控平台,该系统支持多种通讯协议,可同时与不同型号风机进行数据通讯。在保证风机数据通讯正常的基础上,EDPF-CP系统应用其数据传参的方式,可为上位机的画面组态工作提供简单方便的途径,适合于相同机型在上位机的批量操作。给出了某含有多种型号风力机的风电场,进行监控系统方案设计并进行现场实施。该系统已正常运行至今。 In view of the fact that there are many kinds of wind turbine of different modes from many manufacturers in the wind farm,and there are many sets of SCADA systems in the monitoring room,so the importance of developing a general SCADA monitoring system for wind farm is pointed out in this paper.EDPF-CP system is applied to build the integrated monitoring platform of wind farm.The system supports a variety of communication protocols and can communicate with different types of wind turbines at the same time.On the basis of ensuring the normal data communication,EDPF-CP system can provide a simple and convenient way for the image configuration,which is suitable for the operation of the same mode.The whole monitoring system solution is given and implemented,and it had been normal operation up to now.
