摘要
介绍一种对1T电弧炉直流供电设备进行监控的系统设计,该直流供电设备采用6脉波双反星型结构,每个整流臂并联2支晶闸管,通过6个整流臂晶闸管可控整流后来给电弧炉直流供电。监控系统利用WinCC与PLC共同完成,实现了对直流供电设备的数字化管理,便于操作人员及时发现故障并处理及一定程度上保护设备安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces the design of a monitoring system for dc power supply equipment of 1 T electric arc furnace.The DC power supply equipment adopts a six-pulse dual-inverse star structure,and each rectifier arm has two thyristors in parallel.The thyristors of the six rectifier arms can control the rectifier and supply the DC power to the electric arc furnace.This monitoring system uses WinCC and PLC to complete the digital management of DC power supply equipment,which is convenient for operators to find and deal with faults in time and to protect the safe and stable operation of equipment to a certain extent.
