摘要 针对传统示波器体积大、成本高、不方便携带等问题,提出基于STM32的便携式毫伏示波器的设计与实现的方法。该方法以STM32微处理器为控制核心,利用DMA技术进行采样数据输送,移植μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,基于GUI建立出良好的用户界面。研究的毫伏示波器较传统示波器在功能上、体积上、成本上有很大的优势,可以显示最大值、最小值、均方根值和峰峰值等四个参数,并且具有波形暂停功能、波形存储功能、采集精度电压和波形上下切换等功能,ADC最高采样频率为1MHz,误差率小于0.1%。 Aiming at the problems of traditional oscilloscopes such as large size,high cost,and inconvenience to carry,this paper proposes a method for designing and implementing a portable millivolt oscilloscope based on STM32.This method uses STM32 microprocessor as the control core,uses DMA technology to transfer sampled data,transplants μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system,and establishes a good user interface based on GUI.Compared with the traditional oscilloscope,the millivolt oscilloscope has great advantages in terms of function,volume,and cost.It can display four parameters such as maximum value,minimum value,root mean square value and peak-to-peak value,and has a waveform pause function,waveform storage function,acquisition precision voltage and waveform up and down switching functions,the highest sampling frequency of ADC is 1 MHz,and the error rate is less than 0.1%.
