摘要
针对智能电网对用电可靠性、安全性以的诉求,设计一种集电能计量、电能质量分析与用电安全监测于一体的智能用电监测系统。以专用电能计量芯片CS5463为核心,采集电压、电流、功率、功率因数、温度等用电参数,MCU采用STM32F103ZET6进行数据的进一步处理、存储和相关控制功能。通过上位机实时显示相关用电数据,采用继电器模块控制用电线的通断,实现过载保护及自恢复功能。实践结果表明,该装置显示直观,通信稳定可靠,数据准确并且操作简单,有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the demands of smart power grid for power reliability and safety,this paper designs an intelligent power consumption monitoring system that integrates energy measurement,power quality analysis and power consumption safety monitoring.The MCU uses STM32 F103 ZET6 for further data processing,storage and related control functions,taking the special electric chip CS5463 as the core to collect voltage,current,power,power factor,temperature and other electrical parameters.Through the upper computer real-time display of the relevant electricity data.In order to realize overload protection and self recovery function,relay module is used to control the on-off of wires.The practical results show that the device has good practical value,such as visual display,stable and reliable communication,accurate data and simple operation.
