摘要
在动车组制造、检修过程中电缆导通是保证接线正确的重要工序。针对动车组电缆主要分布在车体两端,自动导通距离长的特点,利用无线网络通讯、嵌入式技术,设计开发了一种分离式自动导通系统,并从系统构成、测试原理、硬件实现等方面进行了介绍。通过在动车组五级检修车辆导通工序的验证,取得的良好的应用效果。
In the process of EMU manufacturing and maintenance,the cable conduction is an important process to ensure the correct wiring.The EMU cables are mainly distributed at both ends of the car body,and the automatic conduction distance is long,so the separate automatic conduction device and system is developed by using network communication and embedded technology.In this paper,the system introduction,test principle,hardware implementation and other aspects are introduced.It has achieved good application effect in EMU five level maintenance.
