摘要
采用沼渣包裹1/4种子、沼渣包裹1/2种子和沼渣全包裹种子的方式处理披碱草和老芒麦种子,测定其发芽势、发芽率、胚芽长、胚根长、幼苗鲜重和干重等指标,进行沼渣处理后种子萌发和幼苗生长情况的综合评价。结果表明,沼渣处理后老芒麦、披碱草种子的发芽势和相对发芽势显著增高(P<0.05),但随着包裹量的增加,发芽势先升高后降低。沼渣全包裹会显著抑制老芒麦和披碱草种子的发芽率和相对发芽率。沼渣全包裹会降低披碱草的相对发芽指数。沼渣处理种子能有效提高老芒麦、披碱草种子生活力和萌发速度,增加老芒麦和披碱草幼苗的鲜重和干重。采用沼渣包裹1/4种子的方式,老芒麦和披碱草种子的萌发和幼苗生长情况最佳。
Biogas residue was used to dispose seeds of Elymus sibiricus L.and Elymus dahuricus Turcz.By quarter overlay,half overlay or fully enveloped.Germination potential,germination rate,germ length,radicle length,fresh weight and dry weight were measured to evaluate the effect of biogas residue on seeds germination and seedling growth stage.The result shows that using biogas residue can improve the germination potential and relative germination potential of the two species.Dipping and half overlay can improve the germination rate and relative germination rate,while fully enveloped restrains the germination rate and relative germination rate of the two species.Fully enveloped restrains the relative germination index of Elymus dahuricus Turcz.Biogas residue can improve the seed viability and germination speed,increase the fresh weight and dry weight.Quarter overlay is the best way among all the measures in this study.
