YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)红色铋系玻璃油墨的制备及性能研究

摘要 以YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)钇铝红粉末为着色剂,以铋系玻璃粉体为熔剂,采用高能球磨法制备了不同YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)含量的钇铝红铋系玻璃粉体及油墨,通过涂刷烘干及低温烧结法制备了油墨固化样品.借助粒度分析和XRD,DSC,SEM及旋转流变仪、色度仪等仪器,以及浸泡腐蚀试验,对钇铝红玻璃粉末及油墨烧结后的粒度、表面形貌、晶相、色度、粘度及耐蚀性能等进行了研究.结果表明:随着YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)含量的升高增加,玻璃油墨的软化温度基本无变化,红色色度值a*上升而明亮度L*值略微减低,但过高YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)含量易导致烧结表面状态变差;随着烧结温度的升高,钇铝红铋系玻璃油墨的析晶相增多且YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3)晶体衍射峰强度下降,玻璃的析晶失透是导致油墨红色色度下降的原因;油墨烧结固化表面耐蚀性,随着温度升高先增强后减弱.当粘度范围为5.70~4.82 Pa·s,中值粒径粒度为0.4598 nm,钇铝红含量及烧结温度分别约为12%及640℃时,油墨可获得烧结色度均匀稳定且耐蚀性良好的平整表面. With YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3) Y-Al red powder as a colorant and bismuth system glass powder as melting agent,different YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3) content of bismuth system glass powder and ink with Y-Al red was prepared by the use of high-energy ball grinding.Ink cured samples were prepared through brush-dry and low temperature sintered.The surface shape,crystal phase,chroma,softening temperature and corrosion resistance after sintered of Y-Al red glass powder and ink were studied by XRD,DSC,SEM,micromatchplus ultrachromatography and immersion corrosion test method.The results showed that as the content of YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3) increased,the softening temperature of glass ink almost unchanged,the red value a*of ink rise and the brightness value L*of ink decreased slightly,but the excessive YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3) content easily led the sintered surface to deteriorate.With the increase of sintered temperature,the crystallization phase of the glass ink of the Bismuth system glass inks with Y-Al red increases and the diffraction peak strength of the YAl_(1-x)Cr_(x)O_(3) crystal decreases,and the crystal loss of the glass is the reason of the decrease of the red hue of the ink.Corrosion resistance of ink sintered solidified surface increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.The viscosity ranges from 5.70 to 4.82 Pa·s,and the median particle size is 0.4598 nm.When the content of yttrium aluminum red and sintering temperature are about 12% and 640℃ respectively,the ink can obtain a smooth surface with uniform and stable sintered chroma and good corrosion resistance.
