摘要
宜丰新庄铜多金属矿原分级工艺采用螺旋分级机和水力旋流器组合,浮选给矿呈现细粒级过磨及粗粒级解离度偏低的问题由于黄铜矿单体解离度低,而使分选指标偏低.为了解决黄铜矿的单体解离问题,提高铜精矿回收率,对磨矿分级系统进行改造.将原分级工艺改造为水力旋流器和高频振动细筛的组合流程,改造后的细粒级过磨与粗粒级解离度偏低现象得到改善,提高了黄铜矿的解离度和分选指标.浮选给矿中黄铜矿单体解离度由改造前的78.20%提升至82.50%,分级工艺中采用高频振动细筛后,使铜精矿的铜平均品位提高了1.3个百分点、铜平均回收率提高了2.1个百分点,平均新增效益为357万元/年.实践证明,高频振动细筛应用于铜多金属矿分级在技术和经济上是可行的.
The original spiral classifier-hydrocyclone combined classification process was adopted in Yifeng Xinzhuang copper polymetallic ore. The flotation feed faced the problems of fine particles overgrinding and coarse particles dissociation. The liberation degree of chalcopyrite was relatively low. The flotation index was low too. In order to solve the problem of chalcopyrite liberation and increase the Cu recovery of copper concentrate, the classification system had been modified, and the original classification process was transformed into a hydrocyclone-high frequency vibrating fine screen combined process. After the transformation, the problem of fine particles overgrinding and coarse particles liberation degree was improved. And the liberation degree and flotation index were improved. The liberation degree of chalcopyrite in the flotation feed was increased from 78. 20% to 82. 50%. The average grade of copper concentrate increased by 1. 3 percentage points,the average copper recovery increased by 2. 1 percentage points,and the average added benefit is ¥3. 57 million/year. Practice shows that it is technically and economically feasible to apply high-frequency vibrating fine screen to copper polymetallic ore classification.
