我国石化产业碳达峰、碳中和实现路径研究 被引量:12

Research on the Path to Achieve Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality in China's Petrochemical Industry

摘要 石化产业节能降碳,既是行业自身转型的现实需要,也是服务全社会碳达峰、碳中和目标实现的重要一环。石化产业能耗总量大、化石能源消耗占比高且替代难度大、碳排放总量较高,2019年我国石化产业能耗总量约1.7亿吨标煤,碳排放总量约4.7亿吨。未来我国油品消费将较快达峰,但化工产品的消费量仍有一定时期的较大增长需求,在统筹经济社会发展需求和减碳要求的目标下,石化产业主要通过提升能效、调整能源结构、建设产品循环体系、开发碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术等4个方面手段实现碳达峰和碳中和,并且根据产业发展阶段特征和各方面技术举措可行性差异,分步推进降碳工作,最终建成绿色石化产业。 Energy saving and carbon reduction in the petrochemical industry are not only the actual needs of the industry's own transformation,but also an important part of serving the entire society to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.The total energy consumption and carbon emission of the petrochemical industry are very high,reaching 170 million tons and 470 million tons of standard coal respectively in 2019,with a big share from fossil energy but little alternatives.In the future,China's oil consumption will peak soon,but the consumption of chemical products will still have a large growth for a certain period of time.Under the goal of coordinating economic and social development needs and carbon reduction requirements,the petrochemical industry mainly achieves carbon peaking and carbon neutrality through four means:improving energy efficiency,adjusting energy structure,building product recycling systems,and developing CCUS technology.In addition,the carbon reduction work should be promoted step by step according to the characteristics of the industrial development stage and the feasibility differences of various technical measures,in an effort to build a green petrochemical industry.
