This paper emphatically discusses current development status and future development trend of domestic and foreign PX.With large-scale capacity expansion of China's PX,PX market saturation is continuously enhanced,profit is reduced,and market competition is aggravated.It is suggested that,China's PX production enterprises should strengthen coordination and linkage of the industry chain,eliminate old units with small scale and high cost,and seek chances to export to overseas market.
