达芬奇机器人手术系统在儿童胸外科的应用

Application of Da Vinci Surgical System in pediatric thoracic surgery

达芬奇机器人手术系统突破了传统胸腔镜技术的局限性,在其安全性和有效性被广泛认可的同时,更提高了精细、复杂手术微创化的可行性。近年来,达芬奇机器人手术系统在成人外科的开展过程中已积累了丰富的经验,且其应用范围已拓展到儿童外科领域。目前,达芬奇机器人手术系统在儿童胸外科的应用发展相对缓慢,本文通过总结达芬奇机器人手术系统在成人及儿童胸外科的应用现状以做出展望,认为在谨慎、认真商榷手术适应证的前提下,应该积极开展达芬奇机器人手术系统在儿童胸外科领域的应用。

With a greater safety and a higher efficacy,Da Vinci Surgical System has overcome the limitations of traditional thoracoscopy so that many delicate and complex procedures becomes more and more mini-invasive.In recent years,surgeons have accumulated so rich operating experiences of Da Vinci Surgical System in adults that its applications are extended to children.However,its application is relatively delayed in pediatric thoracic surgery.This review summarized the current status of using Da Vinci Surgical System in both adult and pediatric thoracic procedures.Its clinical indications for pediatric thoracic surgery should be carefully selected.
