摘要
相变微胶囊材料是将微胶囊技术应用于相变材料领域,用成膜材料将固态或液态相变材料进行包裹形成包膜,从而形成具备核壳结构的新兴储热储能技术。相变材料经过微胶囊化以后,能够克服自身存在的多种缺陷,实现在更多领域的应用。通过对全球有关相变微胶囊材料领域的专利申请进行统计分析,详尽总结了相变微胶囊材料技术领域的专利申请情况,对该领域技术研究要点如制备原料、方法和应用领域等核心技术环节进行了归纳分析,希望能为今后相变微胶囊材料技术领域的研发方向和过程提供借鉴。
Microencapsulated phase change materials are widely used in phase change material field, which is one emerging technology that using membranous materials to coat solids or liquid into core-shell structure for latent heat storage.After the coating, phase change materials can be greatly improved in many aspects and applied into more fields.In this paper, the current world patent applications in this field were summarized and analyzed.The main technical points in this field, namely the raw materials, preparations and applications were summed up so as to provide valuable suggestions for this industry development in China.
