摘要 由于工业化以来人类社会大量地使用化石能源,过量的碳排放已经造成全球最大的生态难题。尽管国际社会已经签署了《巴黎协定》,但是,各国如何有效实现能源转型,达到净零碳排放(碳中和),仍然是一个非常艰巨的任务。目前,100%地使用可再生能源,被认为是最可行的“碳中和”方式。但在目前的化学储能技术还不能满足电网大规模使用的情况下,抽水蓄能电站的开发建设就成为各国实现100%由可再生能源供电的首选。 Due to the large amount of fossil energy used by human society since industrialization,excessive carbon emission has caused the biggest ecological problem in the world.Although the international community has signed the Paris Agreement,it is still a very difficult task for all countries to effectively achieve energy transformation and net zero carbon emissions(carbon neutrality).Currently,100%renewable energy is considered the most feasible carbon neutral approach.However,the current chemical energy storage technology can not meet the large-scale use of the power grid,the development and construction of pumped storage power station has become the first choice of all countries to achieve 100%power supply from renewable energy.
