摘要
抽水蓄能机组运行过程中,碳刷磨损产生的碳粉会引起污闪、转子一点接地、转子两点接地等故障,也会造成定子绝缘老化等问题。因此需要对抽水蓄能机组开展经常性的碳刷滑环清扫工作。过去由于缺少状态清扫技术,机组启停受优先权控制、季节、系统负荷等影响,因而出现机组过清扫带来的问题和清扫不足带来的运行问题。本文提出抽水蓄能机组碳刷滑环状态清扫检修技术可以有效解决以上问题,为检修人员提供了根据当前机组运行状态预测下一次开展碳刷滑环清扫工作日期提供了有效方法,也为碳刷滑环清扫工作提供了状态检修方法。
During unit operation,the carbon powder produced by the abrasion of the carbon brush may cause pollution flashover,one point grounding of the rotor,two point grounding of the rotor and other faults.It will also cause stator insulation aging and other problems.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out regular cleaning for carbon brush slip ring of pumped storage power units.Lacking of condition cleaning maintenance technology for carbon brush slip ring of pumped storage power units,and the startup and shutdown of units were affected by priority control,season,system load,etc.So there were problems caused by over cleaning and insufficient cleaning.In this paper,condition cleaning maintenance technology for carbon brush slip ring of pumped storage power units can effectively solve the above problems.According to the current operation status of the unit,This technology can provide an effective method to predict the next cleaning date of carbon brush slip ring.
