摘要 Dickkopf(DKK)家族蛋白是由人体内活化的血小板和内皮细胞分泌的一种糖蛋白。既往研究发现,DKK家族成员可通过多种途径参与癌症、神经退行性疾病、发育缺陷、关节炎等疾病的发生与发展。近年有研究发现,DKK家族蛋白可通过影响Wnt/β-catenin通路的信号调节,参与动脉血管壁的脂质浸润、炎症反应、血管钙化等病理过程,从而在动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中发挥作用。现对DKK家族蛋白参与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的相关机制的研究进展做一综述。 Dickkopf(DKK)is a glycoprotein secreted by activated platelets and endothelial cells in the human body.Previous studies have found that members of the DKK family can participate in the occurrence and development of cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, developmental defects, arthritis and other diseases through a variety of pathways.Recent studies have found that DKK can regulate the signal of Wnt/β-catenin pathway, participate in lipid infiltration, inflammatory reaction, vascular calcification and other pathological processes of arterial wall, so as to play a role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.This article will review the research progress of the mechanism of DKK involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
