黏胶短纤生产线牵伸轴抗疲劳性方法探究

摘要 针对黏胶短纤生产线牵中伸轴易断裂的问题,通过观察牵伸轴断裂面分析其断裂原因。从优化产品设计与制造工艺两方面详述提高牵伸轴抗疲劳性能的方法,从而解决牵伸轴易断裂问题。经优化后的牵伸轴具有良好的抗疲劳和抗腐蚀性能,牵伸机的运行可靠性进一步提高。 Aiming at the problem that the drawing machine shaft in viscose staple fiber production line is easy to fracture, the fracture reason was analyzed by observing the fracture surface of the shaft. Methods to improve the anti-fatigue performance of the shaft was described from two aspects of optimizing product design and manufacturing process, so as to solve the problem of easy fracture of the shaft. The optimized shaft has good anti-fatigue and anti-corrosion performance, and the operation reliability of the drawing machine was further improved.
