Development of chlorine-free low temperature pretreatment process for flax

摘要 开发了一种针对亚麻的新型无氯低温煮漂前处理方法,比较了该工艺流程与传统含氯工艺流程中各工艺过程,并对处理后纱线的各项性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明无氯低温煮漂前处理方法具有更短的工艺流程,省水且节约能源。处理后的纱线残留化合物少,纤维损伤小,染色性能优异。 A new chlorine free scouring and bleaching pretreatment method for flax fiber was developed and its detailed process was compared with the traditional chlorine containing pretreatment. The properties of flax yarn obtained from chlorine-free pretreatment was also tested and analyzed. The results showed chlorine-free pretreatment has shorter process flow, as well as lower water and power consumption. The flax yarn has lower residual chemical compound, less fiber damage and excellent dyeing property.
