摘要
受国内外市场环境的影响,我国乳业市场竞争越来越激烈。中国圣牧有机奶业有限公司(简称“中国圣牧”)在市场环境改变时,进行战略调整,达到财务绩效提升的目的。本文研究了中国圣牧在2015—2020年期间实施的战略调整政策对其财务绩效的影响,结果发现,中国圣牧适时的战略调整对企业财务绩效产生正面影响,提高了企业的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力和成长能力;还提出未来中国圣牧应做好优质奶源的生产,并创新生鲜乳产品,加强产品质量监控,有条件的情况下再整合上下游资源构建产业链,并准备好适时进入国际市场。
The competition in my country's dairy market has become increasingly fierce affected by the domestic and foreign market environment.When the market environment changes,China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited(“China Shengmu”for short)has made strategic adjustments to improve financial performance.This paper studied the impact of China Shengmu's strategic adjustment policies on its financial performance in 2018,and found that timely strategic adjustment had a positive impact on the financial performance of enterprises,which improved the profitability,operating capacity,debt-paying capacity and growth capacity.This paper also put forward that China Shengmu should do a good job in the production of high-quality milk sources,innovate fresh milk products,strengthen product quality monitoring in the future,integrate upstream and downstream resources to build an industrial chain if possible and be ready to enter the international market in time.
