摘要
基于临界导通模式下的升压型PFC调制器,实现一种新颖的固定开启时间控制方式。控制方法通过补偿输入电容造成的输入电压和输入电流之间的相移,提高升压型PFC调制器的功率因数,有效抑制调制器的谐波失真。采用TSMC制程,实现100 W升压型PFC调制器,在交流输入264 V电压下测试总谐波失真为4.7%。
Based on the boost PFC modulator in the critical conduction mode, a novel control method of fixed on time is realized. By compensating the phase shift between the input voltage and the input current caused by the input capacitance, the power factor of the boost PFC modulator is improved and the harmonic distortion of the modulator is effectively suppressed. Using TSMC process, a 100 W boost PFC modulator is realized, and the total harmonic distortion is 4.7% under the voltage of 264 V AC input.
