摘要 传统的电能表难以满足当前数字化变电站电能计量装置在数字信息通信、数据共享以及设备互操作等方面工程应用的需要,对当前数字式电能表及其检定工作提出了更高的要求。设计了一种安装式数字直流电能表,在此基础上详细介绍了数字直流电能表现场校验仪的实现基本原理以及硬件、软件设计。数字直流电能表现场校验仪以嵌入式CPU为核心,通过智能化算法对各种电能量进行计算,并采用人机交互界面实现与计算结果的信息交互;同时校验仪输出的有功功率、无功功率脉冲能够对电能表的精度进行校验。实验结果表明,该校验仪能够实现对数字直流电能表的误差校验以及性能测试。 The traditional electric energy meter is difficult to meet the engineering application needs of current digital substation electric energy metering devices in digital information communication, data sharing and equipment interoperability, etc.,which puts forward higher requirements on the current digital electric energy meter and its verification work. A mounted digital DC energy meter is first designed. Based on this, the basic principles of the implementation of the digital DC energy meter field tester and the hardware and software design are introduced in detail. Digital DC energy meter field tester uses embedded CPU as the core, calculates various electrical energy through intelligent algorithms, and uses a human-computer interaction interface to achieve information interaction with the calculation results. At the same time, the active power and reactive power pulses output by the calibrator can verify the accuracy of the energy meter. The experimental results show that the tester can realize the error verification and performance test of digital DC electric energy meters.
