城市更新中村落历史遗存的活态保护探索

PROTECTION AND INHERITANCE OF VILLAGE HISTORICAL REMAINS IN URBAN RENEWAL

随着我国可建设用地日益减少,城市建设已进入精细化存量发展的新阶段,城市更新成为城市高质量发展的新动能。历史文化资源是城市特色和文化价值的重要体现,如何平衡好城市开发与历史遗存保护之间的关系,是我国城市更新面临的重要议题。本文以厦门市马銮湾新城片区旧村改造城市设计为例,探讨在城市更新中活态保护村落历史文化遗存的设计策略,为类似开发背景下的历史保护提供参考。

As the land for construction is decreasing in China,urban construction has entered a new stage of refined stock development,and urban renewal has become a new driving force for high-quality urban development.Historical and cultural resources are important manifestation of urban characteristics and cultural values.How to balance the relationship between urban development and historical preservation is an important issue facing country's urban renewal.This paper takes the urban design of old village reconstruction in the Maluanwan New Town area of Xiamen City as an example,and discusses the design strategy of lively protecting the historical and cultural relics of the village in urban renewal,and provides a reference for historical protection in the context of similar development.
