摘要
运用文献计量方法对企业行为理论的研究文献进行分析,识别企业行为理论的基础以及发展前沿。总结企业行为理论研究中组织变革和风险承担这两种绩效反馈结果的构念识别和机制论证。归纳企业行为理论研究中历史标杆和社会标杆的测度方式,并详细梳理历史标杆和社会标杆参与企业决策的方式。基于文献计量结果,提出企业行为理论的未来研究方向。本研究识别出3个可能的研究方向:在更广泛的情境下检验企业行为理论;分析决策者在标杆之间的注意力切换规则;通过理论对话和整合,拓展企业行为理论的边界。
Literature on the behavioral theory of the firm is analyzed by bibliometrics,and theoretical basis and frontier are identified.The concept identification and mechanisms of organizational change and risk taking are summarized.The measurements of performance aspirations and the way they influence decision-making are summed up.Directions of future research are proposed based on the results of bibliometrics.Three future research directions are identified,including examining the behavioral theory of the firm in wider range of context,investigating the switching rule of decision-makers'attention among aspirations,and extending the border of the behavioral theory of the firm by integrating other theories.
