Design and Implementation of Full File-based Production and Broadcasting System in the Times of Media Convergent

带式记录、线性编辑、录像机上载送播等节目生产方式已不适应融媒体时代的发展要求,本文阐述了通过对采、编软硬件升级和制播网安全改造,建立广播电视台全文件化制播系统的实践,该系统的建成使用在一定程度上提高了频道节目生产效率,促进了传统媒体与新媒体的不断融合。

Program production methods such as tape recording,linear editing,video recorder uploading and broadcasting are not suitable for development requirements of converged media era.This paper expounds the practice of establishing a full-file system for radio and television stations through upgrading of acquisition and editing software and hardware,and safety transformation of production and broadcasting networks.The system improves production efficiency of channel programs and promotes continuous convergence of traditional media and new media.
